My Inspiration

Growing up, I loved using my mothers’ sewing machine and watching her create garments always fascinated me. After studying Interior Design at the American University of Sharjah in 2005, I realized how much I enjoyed design and would often enter fashion design competitions for fun, which led me to end up studying fashion design tat Esmod Dubai and creating my own label following graduation in 2009.

I believe garments add an intangible quality to our everyday.

A simple and beautifully made garment has the power to make you feel like yourself, feel at ease, and feel empowered.

My Passion

My curiosity and love for traditional crafts from all over the world led me to design each collection by curating materials that follow longstanding techniques and have a long history of heritage. Bringing time-honored crafts into a contemporary silhouette and lifestyle.

The Black Heirloom Tag

Special pieces within each collection are marked with the black Heirloom tag, which means the garment or piece has either a vintage, antique or hand-crafted element.

I invite my clients to take special care of these pieces to ensure it will last a lifetime.
